Verwood Logs is a family-run firewood delivery business based in Verwood, Dorset. By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms.
All orders are placed by phone or email. An order is confirmed once we have spoken with you or responded to your enquiry and agreed a delivery date.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All prices are quoted at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary depending on your delivery location and the quantity ordered.
We will always confirm the total price before completing your order.
Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer. Please contact us to discuss payment options.
We deliver across Dorset and parts of Hampshire. Delivery times are agreed at the point of order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver on the agreed date, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by adverse weather, vehicle issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure there is safe and suitable access for delivery. If we are unable to complete delivery due to access issues, a re-delivery charge may apply.

All logs are seasoned hardwood and checked for moisture content before delivery. Natural variation in wood means individual logs may vary in size and appearance.
Loads are sold by volume (half load or full load). Exact quantities may vary slightly due to the natural nature of the product.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by phone on 07395 570 771 or email at verwoodlogs@gmail.com.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge to cover costs already incurred.
Verwood Logs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage or use of firewood after delivery.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
